Motivated new entrants to this sector welcome, as we want fresh focus and desire, as opposed to traditional and outdated practices. We can train and support you.

Get involved with the incoming technology/AI tidal wave now, or be left far behind.
Times are changing in the world of architecture. Technology increasingly has the potential to transform workflows, including Artificial Intelligence, which is already resulting in improved outcomes for clients. Build methods are also changing fast, as growing cost pressures continue to impact, in addition to a sustainability focus.
However, the current sector is very fragmented, with multiple companies offering differing services, often without keeping pace with the technology/AI possibilities. Clients are therefore left hunting around with little hope of engaging a local business which will give them the optimum outcome at a fair price. We want to create a nationally branded architecture business, driven by locally based eager partners, which uniquely has the collaborative resources to stay ahead of all the latest technology/AI trends in this sector. Offering clients a trusted and consistent portfolio of quality services, always at the leading-edge of the gains that technology/AI bring. We also delve into the latest build methods, to give clients real choice of costs, speed and quality. Clients end up delighted. Our local partners will be delighted too. The business is likely to become very valuable. You might be able to be a part of this exciting future.
This technology is also offering exciting potential for newcomers to enter this sector and to quickly leapfrog the existing local competition. So, whether you’re an established Architecture professional wanting to join a forward-looking company, or a newcomer with the right attitude and focus, we would like to hear from you.

John Skelton – Lead Partner
I have a rather unique perspective on property design, as I have been hands-on with both property design and land/property development for decades now, both as a professional and client, with vast experience of both sides of this relationship.
As a client, I experienced many overly expensive and poor architecture professionals, who seemed to be more concerned with their preferences, as opposed to client requirements and commercial realities. Therefore, I started learning myself, as I was lucky to have friendly architecture professionals to help me in this quest.
Once adequately trained, I started designing my own property projects to great effect, and then word-of-mouth led me into helping clients mainly with residential house extensions. The latest technology always inspired me to improve my capability and deliver a better cost-effective outcome for clients.
My view is that technology and AI will not replace architecture professionals, but will help them deliver a constantly improving leading-edge service to clients, at more affordable prices. However, keeping apace with this advancement is not easy for the lone professional or small business, but is much easier for a collaborative network, which can sub-divide the potential capabilities and become the master of each one. This then benefits the entire collaborative network.
Technology advancement also applies to construction methodology, whereby traditional methods are becoming increasingly expensive, slower and less carbon conscious. Our national network will excel in this aspect also.
